Is there an easy way to share the resource files used in Constructor so
multiple people can be updating them while working on different forms?
Looks live Version Control System only locks it when checked out. How do we
merge our changes? Other than manually, of course, which is labor
intensive, a scheduling nightmare, and error prone (other than that, manual
merging works fine).
I've considered converting to PilRC, which is text based and would therefore
permit a "diff" function to work. But, I haven't found an option in
Constructor to output a file that PilRC can read, so I can do the "diff",
then merge them and import back into Constructor for the WYSIWYG
functionality. Any cool conversion toolettes out there anywhere?
The other way to handle this is to create lots of mini-resource files that
all get linked together at Make time. That creates other problems, like
possible overlapping of object numbering.
It's never easy, is it?
