You'd think that by starting at the Palm Developer's site and following the
links to the "recommended" text based resource editor that I would find a
reference to prc2pilrc. Most likely, that reference would be on the PilRC
page itself, because it seems like a very useful and collaborative utility.
Most likely somewhere in the "Manual" link for pilrc. But, there's no
obvious reference there. Or, anywhere else in that series of links (that I
saw, anyway).
How silly of me not to think to [google for "prc2pilrc"].
