Converting files

How do I parse a *.MP3 file > 64k into *.PDB file with multiple records <
64k on the PC. If you know of any MP3 software for Palm and/or any file
converter for the PC that would be great. Otherwise, anyone know how I can
attempt this, splitting into records?
