Custom Fonts with Pilrc codewarrior plugin

I'm using the pilrc codewarrior plugin to create a custom font.  A definded the font 
exactly as i did with the gnu tools and used FldSetFont to set the font, yet it still 
doesn't work.  Any ideas?
