Shortcut .. 2
The shortcut character is like a lower case cursive L. The .. enters one
period (full stop). The 2 is the number of the shortcut you want to
execute.

You can develop Palm OS apps with the SDK and cygwin and prc-tools with GCC,
or you can use CW for Palm OS (now v.7), or you can use any of several other
environments. See http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/tools/ . If you like an
IDE, and you want to program in C or C++, I recommend CodeWarrior. But
there are other opinions.
