  rob is in the UK right now from memory.. email him :) if you want to
  support the product.. make changes and send him patches - thats how
  free software works.. :)

  there has been discussions of adding a LOCALE tag into all
  resources, and it is currently in the 2.8p7 release of the
  command line tool.
