The term is "no-notify reset". You can't disable this by doing anything to
the contents of RAM. That would defeat the purpose of no-notify reset, which
is to enable you to recover when an app doesn't handle the reset
notification properly. You'd have to do something to the ROM (you'd need a
flashable device) which isn't supported by Palm.
