Sorry for asking.. but is this a real problem for you? It exists in case an
application isn't handling the reset notification properly (and thus causing
the device to reset over and over again). Let's just say you were successful
at disabling this and the user installs an application (not necessarily
yours) that causes such a loop... do you really want to force them to do a
complete wipe of the device just to get it back to a usable state?
Honestly, probably 90% of the users out there don't even know you CAN do
this sort of reset.. the best way to keep your users from doing it is to not
tell them they can. :-p
