None of the Palm OS form objects support mixing of different fonts. If you
want to support editing of text that's a mix of different fonts and
emphasis, you're not going to get much help from the OS. That's not to say
it can't be done, just that you're going to have to do a lot of work. An
example of code that mixes fonts in a read-only situation is the view form
of Address book. It's done using a gadget and a lot of custom code. Have a
look for yourself.
