I'm need to write a program that displays formatted text (i.e. bold, italic,
regular as well as bullets) on the palm. A sample should look like this:
<bullet> <bold>Now is the <italic>time</italic></bold> for all
<italic>good</italic> palm developers to come to the aid of...
Excuse the html-like formatting, but it's the best I can do to get the point
across.
Through reading the archives, I can see that I am going to have to use a
custom font for the italic/bold/etc. I think there is enough information
out there to get a good start. However, how do I get a label to use more
than one font? Are there other controls out there that are better suited
for text handling? What about word wrap and scrolling? How do I control
that with a label? What I am basically looking for is a *lite* HTML
handler. Does one exist for the Palm? If there is any good reference on
text handling for the Palm out there could someone please point me to it.
