Hello kind and ever so generous with advice forum members,

I need help desperately. I am getting increasingly frustrated. I am a novice
palm programmer. I have really been enjoying coding for the palm... that is
until I started running my app(s) on the device as opposed to the emulator.

My application works fine in console debugging. The problem is when I kill
the app from the CW desktop debugg window, I do not have a palm application
on my device. How do I get the app to remain on the device. In the
Application Launcher - Info screen, I see that the associated database is
still in memory (what I presume is the app_nameDB file) but there is no
listing for the app itself on the device. Is there a setting I am missing in
CW IDE or Constructor? Its strange to me that on the emulator which uses a
ROM image directly from the very same device I am testing on everything
works fine ie, my app is listed and displayed with icons in the application
Launcher of the emulator.

Is there a bug in my IDE,/testing/device environment that anyone knows off?
Please help before I pull my hair out (difficult as that is as I have very
short hair)!! My tools are listed as follows:

Constructor for PalmOS 1.5 (v1.5b7)
Codewarrior for Palm OS platform 7.0 Demo (v4.1.0.2)
and lastly...
a Palm IIIe (I think its OS 3.2)

PLease Please Help.

Sincerely,

Dele

PS Thanks JKL for responding earlier: App Palm rez post linker settings is
set at 'appl'
