Try to install the PRC file generated by CodeWarrior directly -- the
file is named in the Palm Rez Post Linker pref panel, and you should be
able to install it by dragging it into POSE when you're not on a
launcher screen. If you get some error then, it may lead you to figure
out why your program isn't visible.
