Can you explain what you're trying to do? Why do you want to protect the
database? When do you want the database to be protected?
If you protect the database in your AppStart routine and unprotect it in
your AppStop routine, you'll have a matched pair, and you won't get the
error any more. But maybe this won't give you the protection you're looking
for.
