I agree with all you say... unfortunately, the nature of the
Metrowerks-Palm relationship really ties my hands in saying much more.
All I can state is what Palm indicated at last year's PalmSource -- they
are working on a new text-based resource format along with updated
resource editing tools. I don't really have any information beyond
that.
