This error is intermittent in that I can sometimes debug after two or
three attempts.  Prior to this message I had been unable to debug for
half an hour in spite of shutting down and restarting both CW/POSE
and Windows.  I closed my internet connection and the HotSync
Manager and the debug succeeded.  However following a restart the
debug succeeded with both an active internet connection and the
HotSync Manager running.

What I'd like to know, if possible:
- Let's assume that the 'not registered' is a clue.  Does someone have
a statement of the registry settings required for a debugger session to
download and activate?

- The link between CodeWarrior and the emulator seems to be getting
blocked.  Can anyone shed some light on how CodeWarrior determines
whether the emulator is running?
