Depends on what you have. I don't think that is optimistic. But right now is very slow. If you have something that is not out yet, you might have a chance. If your application is just another spin on what's already out, it might be difficult. PalmGear is not a "ripoff". They have actually been very good in the past and might be so in the future. But the way I see it, they are more concerned about themselves than the developers. They expect us to stand by them, but they have no problem if this is a hardship for some of us developers. As I stated before, there are two piles of money. That which is future earnings and that which is owed. They should not take from future earnings to pay past debt. They must make other arrangements for that. Future earnings is to pay future debt, as it should be.
