Okay, I give up.  I've read the license agreement twice, and I can't find
where raising the price on the Handango site would violate anything.  Can
you please provide the paragraph number in the agreement that it says this?
I really like the idea of increasing the price as stated in the original
message of this thread.

Our sales did nothing but increase for this year.. up until 9/11 .. they
have dropped off a little since then, but they are still higher than last
year.
