There are at least two contracts/agreements around.  If you didn't
sign (or even see) the contract that Handango tried to get developers
to sign early this year then you are OK.   That other agreement was 
very one-sided, and those (many) companies who signed it are now
receiving a true life experience why you should (1) read legal documents
before you sign them and (2) don't sign legal documents that aren't
in your interest.
