Have you read the Palm OS Reference and the Palm OS Companion? They are
highly recommended. Go to www.palmos.com, select Developer.
You could also try this book for starters:
-Palm OS Programming Bible, Lonnon R. Foster (Highly recommended)
-Palm Programming, The Developer's Guide, Neil Rhodes & Julie McKeehan
(Recommended)
