Here's one example from the real world of run-limited Palm OS software: Program: PalmJongg v3.1 by Tan Kok Mun prc size: 48K prefs: crid owner size ---- --------- ---- TKMA PalmJongg 680 bytes TKmA -none- 7 bytes Only the 7 bytes remain behind, so it's not a big loss. I still stand by the principle of not cluttering up such a tiny memory space with unusable junk. Imagine if all 100,000 Palm OS developers did that!
