I agree. I just wanted to make an aguement against the idea of leaving junk behind. You can see the logical result of that strategy by looking at the Windows registry after the machine has been used for a while. 10 apps * 10K was just a sloppy way to make the point. The reality is more like 100 apps * (<50 bytes) each. Still, it is a messy way to handle trialware and I don't like it.
