i have found some meaningful information may be its informative to alll of
us..
this is a query answered on palm.com

1...Why do web clipping transactions fail to complete when using the Palm
OS Emulator with Palm OS version 3.2 and 3.5 ROMs behind a firewall?

First, ensure you've done the following:

Configured your firewall to have port 5002 open in both directions.
Configured Emulator according to the FAQ titled, The Palm OS Emulator keeps
responding with, "Your handheld could not connect to the server ... (iNet
1410)" whenever I try to perform a wireless request.
Used either a 3.2 or 3.5 release ROM image for the Palm VII device (that
is, a ROM that contains the web clipping components).

2....Palm OS Emulator keeps responding with, "Your handheld could not
connect to the server. Wait a few minutes and try again (iNet 1410)"
whenever I try to perform a wireless request. How do I fix this?

There are two common causes for this, one or both of which causes the
problem:

The emulator might not be configured correctly.
You might be running a pre 4.0 ROM and be behind a firewall that is
preventing access.

Install a packet sniffer on your system and you'll find out yourself why :-)
In the mean time happy news reading on ABC news :-D
