No, which is why it is recommended that you append the CRID
to the database name. If your application wants to create a
db named "MyDatabase" and my application already has, you're
app has to react intelligently and pick another name, or risk
screwing mine up.
It's easier to create your own "private namespace" by incorporating
the CRID name into the database name. Then your "MyDatabase-MiGl"
will not conflict with my "MyDatabase-RiHa".
