My latest app is behaving differently on the emulator to on a device (Visor Prism). So, it's debug on device time... except I can't get it to work.
I'm trying to debug over USB using CW8. So I've set CW to use a device over USB. I press F5 and get prompted to put the device into console mode, which I do (I've tried doing this using the ..2 shortcut and using the DotDot2 application). When I confirm the device is in console mode nothing happens for about 5 seconds, then CW informs me that the "connection attempt failed. please try again". >From what I can tell from reading various instructions on how to debug a device over USB, I think I'm doing the right things... but it's still not working. Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong or what may be causing things to not work? Thanks in advance for your help.
