For what it's worth, I'm really impressed with multigen: it's a very nice
piece of work! I had to use it for the first time a few months ago, and
after doing a little reading about *why* I had to segment my application, I
was extremely grateful that not only had someone figured out a workaround
for the problem, but they had also made it freely available to the
development community. If it wasn't for your tool, I would have had to
abandon work on my project several months back (or move to Codewarrior,
which is too expensive at the moment since I've been unemployed for nine
months - darn this downturn in the economy).

I think the biggest problem a lot of people are having with multigen is not
that they're not reading the documentation, but that they're unaware of it
in the first place. When I installed the PRC-Tools, somehow multigen got
installed on my system, but not the documentation (I've searched for it
several times). I figured out how to use it by looking at the examples in
the Foster Palm programming book and by looking at the argument summary
multigen gives you at the command line. It wasn't difficult, once I realized
that the version of multigen on my system was more recent than the one
Foster apparently used (I had to change his sample to use the new style
arguments). It was pretty easy: the command line help you built in was more
than enough to help me use multigen.

Anyway, thank you *very* much for creating and distributing multigen!
Without it, my Palm application would not exist!
