Sure you can. You don't even need the CodeWarrior. You can do it with build-prc and pilrc!
Just specify the bitmap resources in the .rcp file, run pilrc over it and then build-prc. Specify the creator and whatever type you want (not 'appl' I guess). Name it .pdb and you are done.
