I am still struggling with the menu bar problem that I am having and have reported here previously. Unfortunately, I have reached the point in my application development that I need to get the menubars working. Does anyone know of a 'hello world' type application with a menubar that has a gcc/pilrc makefile that they know compiles and works when built on Win2k? What I have seems like it should work and I am trying to isolate the problem. Is there a document that explains how a Palm application goes together? How does build-prc put the .grc and .bin files together to make a .prc file? How is the relationship between the MENUID value in the FORM and the MENU established?
