I SAY: Actually, I bought it because Palm enticed me to do so [30 days...] There are many good things about it. Very nice screen, especially in the dark. The negatives you mentioned are not a factor for me. The Palm [thumb] keyboard is very simple and so is the keyboard driver. I doubt that anyone will like it. Telnet? I don't think so.
