You can find EudoraWeb at http://www.eudora.com.  I
believe it's free.  Handspring is selling the Blazer
browser for about $20, but it may not work for you as
it sends all requests through a Handspring-operated
proxy server.  This seems similar to the Palm.net
approach, and means that your intranet web server
might not be visible/accessible if it's behind a
corporate firewall.

I personally would not recommend building your
application as a WAP application.  Today's WAP
standard is going to be "obsolete" soon (as far as I
know WAP 2.0 was recently ratified and has XHTML-based
while WAP 1.x is WML-based).  It's also very
phone-centric; though there are some Palm-based WAP
browsers (e.g., Neomar browser included in the Mobile
Internet Kit from Palm).  Most PDA browsers support a
subset of HTML. I usually call it "the subset that
makes sense" given the device limitations (deeply
nested tables, for example, are unlikely to be useful
on a 160*160 screen).
