The TCP/IP (NetLib) layer in the Palm has access to multiple threads inside the OS, right?
Question 1: Can a third-party provider of a NetLib library (e.g. satellite TCP/IP) have access to these "hidden" OS threads? Question 2: Any NetLib libraries made by companies other than Palm?
