I've inherited a project with a Springboard module and custom hardware. The question I have is, how to debug the application using Metrowerks?
Metrowerks will download the software if the module is not inserted. However, when inserted it will not. I must have the module inserted to access the custom hardware. I've read all Handspring documentation, and they make mention of "Special Purpose Applications" that access custom hardware. But they don't mention how you'd go about debugging such a setup. Certainly you could flash an image into the springboard module every time and "printf" to a file of something for post mortem debug (painful!). But certainly there is a way with Metrowerks, right?
