Let me see if I understand.  Metrowerks and the tools typically used
with it (Constructor) have a limitation whereby they cannot accept
overlapping form control ID ranges.  Other resource creation tools, such
as PilRC and Falch.net's PilRC Designer, do not have this limitation.
Since he works for Metrowerks, Ben feels that he's "already said too
much" because he's said that Metrowerks intents to correct this
deficiency, which only their product suffers from, in a future version.

Nope, I still just don't get it :-).  But I'm not going to lose any
sleep over it...
