I'd like to have a application to query and set MIB varaibles on a
networked box: switch, router, server etc...  I figure, setup pppd
on a serial port on the box and use a hotsync cable.  Maybe even a
bluetooth interface for those so lucky.  I've looked at some snmp 
code and it all seems to use TCP, so it seems possible to me.  I'd 
write it myself if I only had mre time.  I do not think this exists
commercially or free.
