HostFS runs "in the background' so to speak. What you need to do is setup a
card mapping. I've not used the simulator in a while, but I believe it's
similar to the emulator (POSE). If you right click in the emulator, pick
"Settings" and pick "Cards", you can map a card to a directory on your PC.
Then all you have to do is move your .wav file to that directory and use VFS
on the Palm to access the file.
