Is the database name sufficient for "uniqueness"?

Since the call to DmFindDatabase() only requires the database name, can we
assume that loading a pdb that has the same name but different creator ID as
one already on the Palm will over-write the original?  If not, how do we
access pdb's with the same name but different creator IDs through the
DmFindDatabase() call?
