Use the Palm OS 5 SDK. It handles all Palm OS versions from 1.0 through 5.1. To debug against different versions of the OS, just choose different devices, load different ROM images into POSE, and talk to the Palm OS 5 Simulators. What problems are you having, or is this just speculative?
