Hi, I have a question about releasing software, I have made quite a few apps, but never released any to the public before... anyway I made a Palm app to keep my son entertained while we were out and about, A few friends of mine want a copy of this program I made.. And now I would like to release it as freeware on www.freewarepalm.com the only problem is, theres a character in my app was created by Disney..
Is it against the law to release an app like this even if I gain no profit? because its free? Thanks for any insight on this question..
