Hi,

According to the Javadoc you have access to the native databases through the
javax.microedition.pim package which handles contacts, events and to-do list
and to the others databases through the javax.microedition.io package which
defines the FileConnection to access any file stored on internal RAM or on
removable media (MMC, SD, CompactFlash...).

Hope this may help you

Thanks
Srini

Date: Thu, 12 Dec 2002 15:06:28 +0100 (CET)

hi,

i'm trying to find a way to add an appointment to
databook.dat file without using any palm software.

i'm developping a software in java. in this one, i
realised a schedule. and i would like to be able to
see this scheduler on a palm pilot. so i have 2
solutions:
i develop a new scheduler for palm,
or i use the palm scheduler, but in this case i have
to access from my java program the databook.dat

anyone could help me?
