  who mentioned anything about security? this thread was about being
  able to clense a device after usage using a bit of software. not about
  'security' of palmos. thats a totally different thread altogether.

  reality time - is there really a need for security? PDA's are 
  *personal*, you dont normally leave them lying around. the same
  argument comes up with having the * char printed when you type in 
  passwords ... security is just a serious waste of time.
