HI,

when your phone rings you get an INCOMING notification event.
In your app register the INCOMING notification. When your app
see this event you can do whatever you need to do.

Another way is just have another demon app running that listens
to the INCOMING call event and then switch your app that deals with
your problem.

Look in the Kyocera developer doc for the event.
