Hi, I wrote a simple script that uses the TapButtonSync routine in EmUtils.pm and found that this routine hangs and eventually crashes the simulator. Several levels down in the call-stack, the TapButtonSync function calls FrmGetNumberOfObjects() in EmFunctions.pm, which is returning bogus numbers (i.e. 1618739).
This behavior exists on the dr12 simulator, the OS 5.2 simulator but not on the Tungsten Golden Master available in the Palm PluggedIn program. I'm using the Palm Perl modules and scripts that come with the dr12 simulator and Perl v5.6.1 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread on Windows 2000. All three simulators are configured to use localhost:6415 on the 68k debugger port.
