Don't hijack an unrelated thread. Start a new thread of your own. Check the archives. This has been previously discussed! The power button on a PDA doesn't function like the power button on a PC. On a PDA, all the power button does is take the unit in and out of sleep mode. However, you can trap the wake-up and sleep notifications.
