Hello

I tried to read carefully the PluggedIn Program License Agreement and found
that it contains formulations that I don't like. Unfortunately, I don't feel
qualified enough to judge all.

For example:

"Licensee will not use (without express prior written authorization) the
image or likeness (e.g., photograph, drawing, etc.) of a Palm Device or
other Palm product for any purpose (incl. in any advertisements, on Licensee
's website, or on the packaging, marketing materials etc.)."

What do you think, how do the following things qualify:
- A screenshot of Palm Emulator (on the web page, in the docs etc.)
- A screenshot of the launcher screen

If I take things ad absurdum, then by using emulator screenshot as the
bitmap background we caused "irreparable injury to Palm:" (point 11 of the
Agreement). (To be fair, so far there is no injury as I did not sign yet.)
