I'm playing with the high res system, and discovered those functions are not delivered in the latest SDK package for UNIX. But the windows SDK does.
Till know I worked around the problems for bitmap by using BIMAPFAMILLYEX and the DENSITY option. But now I would need to print fonts in highres. And I'm stuck again. So does somebody know of a DR2 SDK version of prc? Or how to work around the problem in a clean way?
