Yes, I unzipped the windows SDK and found them in the "Palm OS
Support\Incs" directory. grep shows they contain the relevant
WinSetScalingMode. There are also some libs but I think they are for
codewarrior.

I tried the brute force approach by feeding them to prc-tools. But he
gets sick with only the headers.

What do you mean by HDD Stuff?

I think you mean High Density Display. If yes, I 'm interested to know
how you are doing it and it's portability.
