It's quite straighforward in a multi-tasking OS, but the PalmOS is not (yet) one of those as far as application developers are concerned. There may be a way of keeping the audio going, but your app won't be running per se. You might be able to fake it using some of the techniques Roger and Ben suggested, but I doubt it will be as easy as you expect, otherwise somebody would have told you how to do it by now <vbg>.
