Thanks for the reply Jeff, but I am still having problems. Actually another major problem I am having is its very reluctant to connect at all, it rarely detects the other end and starts downloading (the number of times its done it I can count on my fingers). I can hot-sync to the device without a problem. I can't identify what I need to do to make it work every time. This is very frustrating, as when it does connect, it doesn't download anyway! Argh! I am also currently developing on the Treo 270 via USB with no problems, and I have in the past developed on older Palm platforms with CW 6 and a serial cable with no problems.
In response to your suggestions, I have tried 0, 1 and 2, to no avail. I don't respond to the sysAppLaunchCmdSyncNotify launch at all in my app, and anyway, if it was blowing up then, would it not do that only after downloading the whole app? Are you able to debug on a Tungsten W? Anyone else?
