It's free, it's powerful, it's incredibly useful, but it's a not sufficient automated testing solution. I think what most people asking this type of question are looking for is a "regression test" tool that lets you record functional tests and replay them. Given the number of different devices and OS versions, it would seems to be very useful to have such a tool, to ensure that a small fix doesn't break the functionality on some particular device. Speaking of POSE and Gremlins, though -- an OT question: is anyone aware of a good tool like Gremlins for PC desktop (in my case Java) apps that basically pounds the app with a reproducible stream of "random" events?
