Hi, Geoff. I know that problem. I am wondering why Sony can't write good app's? To make your SONY sync with normal Palm Desktop, you can install Palm Desktop from Zire, then install Palm Desktop from SONY, then install Palm Desktop from Zire again. I am shure, there should be nicer way. If you find it, let me know. Currently I sync TungstenC, Kyocera and SONY NX73 I have Hot Sync Manager v.4.1.0, and Palm Desktop 4.1
