Using PilRC included with cw 9 will allow me to break this resource count wall. Not just the limitation of constructor but also the limitation with the linker.
That is correct.
Also, Is there an upgrade price to switch from cw 8 to cw 9? I know there was when a switched from 6 to 7 and also from 7 to 8.
